Performances/Performers
Rent the theater for your own theater production, musical presentation, dance performance, film screening and more. Rates vary depending on technical needs of programming.
Non Profit $450 flat fee. For Profit, $1,000 flat fee.
Plus $1 per ticket sold surcharge. Extra fees may apply to special equipment use, i.e. grand piano with
tuning, etc.

Special Events
Planning a special kick-off event? Family Reunion? Wedding? The Fergus Theatre has been host to all of the above in the past. Maybe you’ve thought of something we haven’t. Give us a call.

Parties
Plan your Christmas Party at A Center for the Arts, or that special birthday party. We’ve had everything from karaoke birthday bashes to company Christmas Parties here at the theater. There’s always something a little special you can plan when you plan your party in the theater, especially ours - movies, theater organ, live performers, piano players. We’ll work with you to plan a great party!
$50/hour plus extra for equipment piano or theater organ.

Meetings
Available for smaller, meetings and break out spaces. Two rooms in the basement lend themselves well as joint or adjoining meeting spaces. $40/hr/room or $60 for/hr for both rooms.

Classes
Looking for a place to teach an art class, drama class, creative writing class. Ample, flexible space with plenty of tables and chairs that allow you to arrange the space to your liking.
$25/hour/room

Exhibits
Temporary exhibition space for weekend exhibits and demonstrations or one day shows.
$25/hour/room

Receptions
How about anniversary parties? Graduation parties? Wedding receptions? Social gatherings in an art gallery?
$40/hour/room or $60/hour for both.

Parties
Birthday parties, painting parties, basket making parties. Baby showers? Wedding showers? This is the perfect place.
